Plan of action

Before we start any project we want to understand what drives your project. What the fans want and which experience they are expecting are the keystones of the way we approach our projects. This first step is crucial for us to ensure that we will be respecting your IP, the world you've build around it while creating the best product line we can. This allows us to understand your needs and helps you align your merchandising strategy with your overall marketing strategy.

Conceptualisation

Once we know your goals and the scope of the project, we start working on conceptualisation for the range of products you want to share with your fans. Identifying what we believe will work and defining the initial product line as well as the overall tone and style of the products you will be putting on the market for your community is critical. We want hand-in-hand with in-house and freelance designers that each specialise in their own line of products ranging from apparel designers to 3D artists and sketch artists.

Prototyping

As soon as the final line of product is settled and we've established the direction you want to head towards, we start working on designing and prototyping your products. This process is decisive as the initial prototype will be the mould for all future production. Feedback is key, ensuring that every single detail is to your liking is our priority. This means that depending on the product and time of the year, this approach can be more or less long but remember, nothing beats a product that is perfect.

Production

When we agree that the samples and prototypes are perfect, we get going on the production of the entire product line ensuring that our quality control standards are met and that fair working conditions are respect throughout the entire production process. Our factories are randomly audited at least once a year for working conditions, production quality and security standards.

Delivery

Whether we are delivering to your company or for online sales, we ensure the smoothest possible delivery based on your needs. We have a wide variety of delivery options and services ranging from the fastest delivery possible through express services via DHL or FedEx or via sea freight that provides a more affordable option but is a lot lengthier. Additionally, we also take care of any custom clearance necessary to guarantee that the products are delivered at your door care free.

Nothing is more important to us than providing customer support and after sales service if any hiccups were to happen during your fans experience with our product or service. Our customer staff is both trained and experienced to address any issue your customers might run into during the process of purchasing a product or after the product was purchased. Making sure that your customers are satisfied directly reflects on your IP and nothing is more true than "a happy customer is a returning customer".
