Company creation history

2015
Founded in 2015 under the name Hitpoint, our company started with one goal in mind: providing high quality merchandise to gaming influencers and companies alike.

Throughout the early months of 2015, we perfected our product line and improved our online store experience. By late 2015, we started working with Hi-Rez on SMITE merchandise with a product line ranging for apparel, accessories, plushies to figurines and statues.

We provided on site sales solution during the SMITE World Championship in Atlanta selling to over 1000 customers over the course of 4 days.

2016
2016 saw partnerships forge with France's biggest online media company, Webedia, Larian Studios, FACE IT, The Game Bakers, Freaks4u. Alongside providing merchandise for gaming companies, the company also provided all-in-one solutions for esports teams including OpTic Gaming, G2 Esports, H2K Gaming, Astralis and OG.

2017
Last year's focus up to June was on the booming market of competitive gaming needing the full attention of our team to provide a service better fitted to the industry, improved products and better experiences. In July 2017, the esports side of Hitpoint was purchased by Manhead Merchandise, a leading independant music merchandise company working with the likes of Morissey, Panic at the Disco, Fallout Boy and Steve Aoki.

The control of the gaming focused merchandise operations remained with the original owners who founded Merchandise.game shortly after. Since then, the company has migrated to an improved sales platform, more efficient fulfilment services and a perfected on site sales solution.

2018
In early 2018, Merchandise.game expanded its relationship with Hi-Rez by providing an all-in-one solution for their newest game Paladins.

With our full focus on developing new tools to better manage and understand what your fans want and need, we are hard at work to make 2018 a success for our clients and partners.

Merchandise.game became an official licensee of PUBG Corp for their widely popular Player Unknown's Battlegrounds, battle royale game in Q4 of 2018.

 

Our fulfilment set-up

All our shipments for Europe and the Rest of the world ship from our main warehouse in Belgium. Our packages are handled by DHL /DP allowing for the most cost efficient shipping options to your fans guaranteeing that gamers from the old continent and emerging gaming markets do not experience extra taxes when receiving their highly awaited products.

Our shipments for North America have the possibility to be fulfilled from the US allowing for a fast and efficient shipping solution to the biggest western gaming market in the world.

Our production team is composed of experts in their fields ranging from apparel designers to 3D modellers, sketch artists and branding experts. They strive to go above and beyond to make your digital creations come to life through the merchandise we create.
